Transformation Package 12 is a progessionive personalised training programme tailored to your own specific goals. Do you want to reduce body fat? Get cut? Bulk up? Attain higher athletic performance? Our Transformation package 12 is based on results, a minimum commitment of eight weeks with at least three personal training sessions a week, an exercise and nutrition programme for you to do alongside your personal training sessions. Includes Post work-out protein/nutrition shake after each session Complimentary towels provided for each session Train within a private London studio
